Ultimate Margarita :

You will need some ingrediants. I go with

Sauza Hornitos - Tequila 2 ounces
Cointreau 1 ounce
Grand Marnier 1 ounce

Add the liquor together in a shaker filled with ice and about 10 to 12 ounces of any brand sweet and sour mix. Any grocery store will have this. I prefer Mrs. T's... Shake well. Prepare serving glass by salting, if you like that. I think salt is a conspiracy to make people thirst so that they drink more... :). Fill with clean ice and squeeze one half of a key lime into the glass. Then strain the mixture from the shaker into the serving glass. Swirl a little to mix in lime, and viola... The ultimate and perfect margarita.

mmm sounds yummy ;) i was just going the 1/2 assed method and mixing tequila with Jose Quervo Margarita mix lol.

easy

No doubt your method is easy, and cheap. You would be spending a significant sum of money to buy the ingrediants, but you will not regret it after having your first drink. If you like your rita to have a little less bite, aka a smooth rita, then instead of Sauza Hornitos, try Sauza Commerativo. Real good stuff. If you are going to shoot Tequila, don't mess around with lime and salt, if you must have a chaser, or as we call it a back, I always order a tequila (insert brand name here) with a pineapple back. It's a shot of pineapple juice as a chaser. I don't like pineapple, but this is good shit man. Just try it and see.

Whereabouts in FW do you reside? I used to live at Carswell...before they shut it down as an AFB and turned it over to the navy.

How are all my Texas friends tonight? Hope all is well.
