mwk1323 said:Your should check out my margarita recipie (spelling?). It's the best rita in the world. I know, I'm a bartender by heart and by income. Love em.
mwk1323 said:You will need some ingrediants. I go with
Sauza Hornitos - Tequila 2 ounces
Cointreau 1 ounce
Grand Marnier 1 ounce
Add the liquor together in a shaker filled with ice and about 10 to 12 ounces of any brand sweet and sour mix. Any grocery store will have this. I prefer Mrs. T's... Shake well. Prepare serving glass by salting, if you like that. I think salt is a conspiracy to make people thirst so that they drink more.... Fill with clean ice and squeeze one half of a key lime into the glass. Then strain the mixture from the shaker into the serving glass. Swirl a little to mix in lime, and viola... The ultimate and perfect margarita.

If you like your rita to have a little less bite, aka a smooth rita, then instead of Sauza Hornitos, try Sauza Commerativo. Real good stuff. If you are going to shoot Tequila, don't mess around with lime and salt, if you must have a chaser, or as we call it a back, I always order a tequila (insert brand name here) with a pineapple back. It's a shot of pineapple juice as a chaser. I don't like pineapple, but this is good shit man. Just try it and see.
