This made me smile with memories, Miss Lolly..
When my children were small, son was about 10, his sisters under 5. The first thing I did on Saturday mornings was turn off the tv on my way to the kitchen, my son loved his cartoons. So he would keep his sisters occupied, quiet and fed so Mom would sleep late and he could watch more tv. I use to lay in bed, listening to him care for them as I read until mid morning..
