Im looking for some new workout music. Any suggestions? My tastes are pretty wide open. Not huge into country but if its good ill listen to pretty much anything.

What kind of workout do you do?

Depends on my mood, but I like:

White Zombie/Rob Zombie
AC/DC
Guns N' Roses
Early Metallica

Stuff like that.
 
i try to mix it up. weights and cardio 2 days a week and 1 day a week with a trainer. trainer day is a total mixed bag. could be circuit training, crossfit even done a little boxing.
i usually just use songsa on my phone while i workout but i think i want to get a playlist together. i like to have control when i'm working up a sweat. ;)
 
i am really feeling the need to get back behind the camera. any volunteers to hold it for me? i mean the camera of course. ;)
 
after letting my thread go unattended for what seems like forever. i'm going to see if i can get it going. was away from the camera and the gym for a couple months and decided i really need to get back in the swing of both. what better way to do that than with progression pics. we'll call today day 1. gym after work pics tomorrow or saturday. i have been told the best way to keep something going is to share your plan so here we go.
