There is a tree at the very end of my school's campus. It is not a particularly special tree, but it is my favorite tree. Every lunch period, and break I get I come to this tree and sit in the shade. Sometimes I read or study or play the GameBoy I sneak into school. That really isn't the point of the tree. The point is that this tree is my refuge from the rest of the student body.

I wont lie to you, I'm not a popular guy. Hell, a good day for me is when no one talks to me. Most of the time I'm bullied and harassed and general other such bullshit. The kind of thing that probably sets other kids off to build pipe bombs. Before you groan and throw these pages away, let me assure you this isn't a Diary of a Wimpy Kid sob story. This is how I Kevin Johnson, nerd, geek, loser, shitprick, or whatever my tormenters are calling me today, somehow got to have sex with the one of the most popular girls in school Sarah Waters.

Now you must be thinking this isn't a Wimpy Kid story, it's an American Pie story. Wrong again my friend. I didn't get Sarah Waters to sit on my wang from some crazy and hilarious scheme. It was actually just a real connection between two people from opposite sides of the social spectrum.

Anyway enough chitchat, let me tell you how it all began. It was the start of the second semester of my senior year at Camfield High School, home of the mighty...errr well chewy Gophers. Yeah our mascot is a glorified rat, you have to wonder if people just put a bunch of animal names in a hat and picked one. It was lunch break on a windy day in February and I was on my way out to my tree to enjoy my tuna sandwich. I flopped down in the grass and began to eat, taking out my pocket book to read a bit more of Jurassic Park which was a book before it was a movie by the way.

I finished maybe three pages and half a sandwich before I heard someone thump to the ground on the other side of the tree. I looked up but didn't want to turn around, afraid James Conery or one of his cohorts was about to do something horrible to me. If I ignored it then maybe they'd leave.

A minute later I became aware of sobbing coming from behind me. I folded the page I was on and closed the book slowly. When I glanced back my eyes widened as I saw Sarah Waters sitting Indian style in her blue and gold cheer leading uniform sobbing and rocking back and forth. She was so into it that I don't even think she knew I was there.

I should say here that Sarah is actually James Conery's girlfriend. That being said I really had only one choice with this crying girl. Ignore her. Me seen talking to her under any circumstances was only signing my own contract of death. So I returned to my book, figuring if she didn't know I was there I had no reason to announce myself.

The thing that sucks the most about my life is that I am popular, I am a cheerleader, dating a popular guy in school. What people don't know is that he is a dick. No one knows what happens behind closed doors and sometimes not so closed. The first time I slept with James, my boyfriend, I can't say I was thrilled about it, but figured everyone else was doing it I might as well too. Wrong move! Now he won't leave me alone, always thinking I should just give it up to him because we are dating.

One night in particular comes to mind. James was determined he was getting some and I was determined he wasn't. The only thing that stopped him from literally taking it was my parents came home. Thank God!! He left and I went to my room like nothing was wrong. I guess I was in shock and it stayed like that until the next day. When I saw him at lunch it all came back to me. I found myself darting through the halls and out into the yard, only to plop myself down by a tree and let it all out. I didn't care that my make up was ruined, I didn't care that my ass was sitting on the ground, more than likely getting my uniform dirty. All I cared about at that time was letting it out.

I knew eventually I would be missed at lunch or even afterwards, but I didn't care. At that point I didn't care who knew it. I tried to take deep breaths to calm myself but that just brought back more memories of all the times he had tried in the past. About that time I heard something behind me and I glanced over my shoulder expecting to find James or a friend of ours. I didn't expect to see the one guy James always picked on. Thinking for a moment I tried to recall his name, I had heard it in class and around the school from time to time, but since we didn't hang out in the same social circles I didn't remember it.

That thought made me feel bad. Was I just as shallow as my friends not to know people's names just because they didn't hang out with me? Apparently so. Collecting myself the best way I knew I turned slightly, "Sorry, I didn't mean to disturb your lunch with my breakdown. If you want I can find some place else so that I'm not bothering you."

I racked my brain trying to think of his name as he turned to look at me. I could see the worry in his eyes and I wondered why he was so worried, until it hit me that it was probably James he was worried about. James always picked on anyone that wasn't as popular as he was, which thinking on it just means he was probably insecure himself.

Holding out my hand, "I know we haven't formally introduced ourselves, I'm Sarah and isn't your name....I won't even guess as that would be rude."

Her voice brought me back out from my book. I had gotten to the point where I was kind of drowning out her sobbing. It was none of my business and if I butted my nose into it, I knew that only something bad could happen to it.

Then she spoke to me and I knew I was stuck. Part of me was screaming to run away. To ignore her and not get involved with something that could cause me a lot of drama. I get enough shit from her boyfriend without inviting it onto me. But I also wasn't a heartless scumbag and I couldn't just ignore her when she was talking to me. I also was a guy and part of me, however small it might be, thought that she might like me if she got to know how sweet and cool of a guy I was.

A foolish thought to think even for a moment I would ever be with Sarah Waters in any sexual way.

I shut my book and turned toward her, "I'm not bothered by it. I just didn't want to butt in somewhere I might not be wanted." I explained gently.

Then she introduced herself and I fought not to laugh. As if anyone in school wouldn't know who she was. She was literally famous on campus.

I smiled and wave, "I'm Kevin." Then I shut my mouth. What did I say after that? So why you crying? I don't think so.

I did say, "Trouble in paradise Sarah?" Then regretted it. She would take it as an insult probably. Though I didn't mean it that way and I winced, thinking I blew my only shot.

'Kevin, so that was his name,' I thought to myself. "Nice to meet you Kevin," is what I did say, lowering my hand to the ground for a moment before his question came out. I glanced down at my hand and just nodded, "Something like that, if you can call is paradise, more like a nightmare."

My eyes glance back up looking at Kevin before turning slightly and leaning my back to the tree, closing my eyes to try and keep myself from even more tears. After I get myself calmer I glance to Kevin, "Sorry I don't need to dump my issues on you, hell you don't even know me."

My eyes turn back to him and I give him a small smile, "I think I will be going, that way you are in no danger with me here." I start to get up, brushing my uniform of any grass or dirt I got from sitting next to the tree.

Great she was leaving. I should have been relieved, maybe even thrilled that there would be no one dumping shit on my hair or something today. But I wasn't. It was true that I didn't know Sarah that well, but if I could somehow help her she might get James and his goon squad to leave me alone.

"Hey wait a second Sarah." I called, stopping her in her tracks. I sighed and patted the grass beside me. "Look maybe what you need is to talk to someone you don't know and who won't spread shit about you throughout the school. Think of me as a shrink or something. Tell me your troubles, get them off your chest and maybe you'll feel better."

I waited for her to continue off into the school, but she didn't. She didn't sit right down either and I waited for her to decide what she wanted to do.

I stopped in my tracks as Kevin asked me to stay. View him as a shrink huh? I found that actually rather amusing but something inside said I could trust him. I never got feelings like this before.

I turned to look at him but didn't take his offer instantly, I just looked at him, mainly into his eyes to see what it was about him that gave him this instant trust like that. I didn't see any desire to use anything I told him to his advantage, which was rather refreshing. I took a step closer and then finally made my decision, I took a seat beside him and gave him a small smile.

"Not sure how to even begin without it sounding so bad. Let's talk about something else right now." Glancing I saw the book in his hand, "So which did you like more the book or movie?" I didn't know how I was going to tell a complete stranger what happened, but just having someone that didn't have some hidden agenda to talk to was what kept me there.

Kevin gave the book a glance then shrugged, "I don't know I never saw the movie." He shifted and turned toward Sarah a little. "Look Sarah, can I be a little frank with you?"

He took a deep breath and knew that what he was about to say was either going to get himself slapped, or Sarah was going to become his secret friend in a lot of ways.

"You have a great position in the school. You're a cheerleader, and you're extremely beautiful." He paused there and let his eyes wonder over her. "But you do what every other person has done in your position. You've become kind of a bitch to anyone who isn't in your circle. Hell you probably don't even remember when you tripped Josh Allen in Chemistry class last week. He tipped over a jar of dye and turned his entire left arm blue for three days."

He shrugged, "I will help you vent and get your frustrations out, but you need to wake up and see some of the harsh shit you and your people do to others around here. Do you know how much it sucks to both lust for you and fear you at the same damn time?"

"Step one, would be to dump your boyfriend, cause to me he kind of looks like a rapist." Kevin said.

I sat quietly and listened to what Kevin had to say. Most of the harsh shit he talked about happened not because of me but because of my friends, I saw it and yet never did anything to stop it. Yeah I did trip that guy in Chemistry but it was really an accident, it is just when his arm turned blue I couldn't help but laugh thinking he could be a smurf for Halloween.

His last statement though caught me off guard and I had to blink a couple of times to let it sink in. Looking down for a moment before back up to Kevin I took a deep breath and let it out slowly, "Look Kevin, I know my friends aren't the nicest people in the world, hell a lot of time I can't stand being around when they pull their little stunts, but I can't change them. All I can do is, well I can leave James. I am sure it won't go over well with everyone but you are right, he could very well be a rapist."

I didn't know what else to say to it all. It wasn't like Kevin was a close friend or anything, but then again he was an outsider looking in, so he did see things differently than I did. "Thanks Kevin, for what it is worth. You really should see the movie, it is pretty good, but like always the book is better." Standing again I glanced to him, "Maybe next time you see me I won't be crying and ruining your lunch." With that I started to walk away, back toward the school and the one hell of a fight I had on my hands. I knew James wasn't going to give up, hell that is what got us where we are today, but it had to end.

So with that, I had said my peace. I got everything out in the open and Sarah took it fairly well. I mean she didn't hang around to talk anymore and that kinda sucked, as I was hoping for more face time with her, but at the same time she kind knew now how I saw the world and if it opened her eyes to the shit around her then all the better.

I watched her go and then returned to my sandwich which had gotten a little warm in the sun. The bell rang for class and I got up to go to P.E. The worst part of the day everyday.

The next day I was walking toward my tree when I glanced up from my book to see that Sarah was already there. She was alone which was ok I guess, but I hope she didn't make a habit of taking my spot. That tree was my safe place during the school day and I needed it. I couldn't have her there fucking with the only salvation I got during my day outside of the final bell.

I approached and glanced at Sarah. "Hi." I said cautiously.

The rest of the day went just like I thought it would. James wasn't pleased I was dumping him but it didn't take him long before he found some other chick to give him what he wanted. Of course it was funny how those friend that were so loyal to me while I was his girlfriend went with him. I still had some, but it didn't matter, I was going to be graduating soon and out of that place.

The next day I decided to go talk to Kevin. As lunch started I walked out to the tree and took a seat in my jeans and low cut top, waiting on him. He didn't look too pleased to see me there and even glanced around for what I could only guess as my partners in crime. As he drew closer I gave him a soft smile.

"Hi Kevin. I don't want you to think I will be here every lunch, I just wanted to stop by and thank you for yesterday. I also wondered if you would be interested in going with me to a party this weekend. I know it isn't your crowd, but it will give us time to get to know one another, that is you want to get to know me after everything I seem to put you and others through."

I watched him, wondering what was going through his mind.

He blinked at Sarah, news of what she had done quickly spread throughout the school and even the bottom of the totem pole people like Kevin knew what went down. It surprised him to see her back asking him out. It was a dream come true, there was just one problem...She wanted to take a sheep to a lion's den and there was no fucking way he was going.

He shook his head. "That's a very bad idea Sarah. First off I can't go to a party like that, I'll be slaughtered."

She opened her mouth to say something but he rose up a hand to cut her off. "Don't even think that you being there beside is going to help. Even if it stopped me from someone force feeding me a cup of piss, it would fuck me at school because I had a girl protect me at a party. So I'm not going until Hell freezes ov...." Come to think on it, Sarah Waters was asked him out....that pretty much meant Hell was a glacier. "When pigs fly."

He sighed and sat beside her on the grass. "If you want to get to know me sit right here with me, in private and ask away."

As Kevin turned me down I frowned slightly and even went to say something to him, but he stopped me. He offered for me to sit there with him and that was fine with me, but that still left this party up for grabs and I for one was not looking forward to going to it.

I watched as he took a seat and I wondered what all I could ask him. Most people just talk and get to know each other that way, not do 50 questions. Sighing softly I glance back over to the front of the school knowing rather well what everyone else was up to, same shit.

Looking back at Kevin I smiled, "Well now that you put me on the spot I have no clue what to ask. You said you hadn't seen the movie to your book, why is that?" I really didn't know what to ask, but I figured if we started on one thing it would just lead to another and another.

I glanced at the book in my hand and shrugged, "I prefer to read. Most movies cut out a lot of important things from the books. Except the Lord of the Rings movies. Those things sucked, they didn't have to film every step in the book." I groaned and glanced over at her.

"Of all the questions you could have asked, why that one?" I asked her glancing her way. "Let me ask you something Sarah. What made you decide to have sex with James?"

Listening to him I nodded before he looked to me. My eyes widened slightly at his question about James. Did everyone know? Then I thought about who we were talking about and yes everyone knew. Sighing softly, "I didn't want to, it just happened, but only that once. Then I decided not to and he didn't like that."

Turning away from Kevin I didn't know how to handle that question all that well. I didn't want people knowing what happened between us. My eyes turned back to Kevin, "My sex life isn't something I really want to get into Kevin. It is rather private."

Picking up a blade of grass I use my nails to being peeling pieces of it off the whole, "Besides I am sure there are girls you have slept with that well you regretted later on."

I couldn't help but laugh. Who did she think she was talking too? I wish I had the life that Sarah seemed to think I had. Like I was darting around putting my dick in all sorts of holes.....err, vaginal holes not buttholes i swear.

"Sarah what the hell? Do you not even know what it's like to be like me? Girls wont even talk to me, let alone kiss me, and sex.....well that's just a dream." I told her. "Hell I probably wont even have a chance at fucking someone until well into my college years, when hopefully girls are turned on more by money than by good looks."

My eyes widened at his confession. Sliding up to meet his just to see if he was telling me the truth. Why hadn't he had a woman yet? He was good looking enough, sure he stayed to himself, was picked on but hell even the geekiest of guys at this school certainly got it at least once right?

Thinking about it made me frown slightly, "But Kevin you're a good looking guy and from what I can tell really nice, why wouldn't someone be interested?" As soon as I said it I knew I should have kept the question to myself. I certainly hadn't thought of giving him the time of day, much less sex, but then again sex wasn't the top of my priority list either.

"Look, I'm sorry, I just assumed and I was wrong. But you are a good looking guy and I like sitting here talking to you. I guess we all have things to learn." Giving Kevin a soft smile I drop the blade of grass. "Okay what are some of the things you like to do?"

I listened to her as she kind of realized who she was talking to for the first time. She was outside of her world now and that was a shock to her system. I needed to be nice and maybe a little on the pathetic side and she might hook me up with a little play. I mean that was how it played out in all my fantasies.

I shrugged, "I read, play video games, and watch TV mostly. Every once in a while I put a porn on and pretend I have a girlfriend if you know what I mean." I glanced at her and winked.

"I'd like to tell you my life is full of hanging with friends and going to parties or whatever it is people in your circle do, but sadly I'm alone most of the time. Though on Saturday's I have a D&D group I go to. But we wont talk about that."

I rolled my eyes at his comment about porn. It was typical for a guy to look at porn, that was nothing new to me.

"Well then maybe you need to get out more. There are a ton of things to do I think you might like." Smiling softly to Kevin, "Besides what do you like to do? I mean if you could get out and have some fun, what would it be?"

Sitting there with Kevin was actually quite nice. It was certainly different than hanging out with my friends. If you could even call them that now. My eyes moved over Kevin, there was just something about him. I guess the staying by yourself had something to do with it.

"I have heard of many games that are based off of Dungeons and Dragons but never knew anyone that met up with a group. What is it like?"

I glanced at her and shrugged. She couldn't possibly interested in D&D, but it meant something that she was trying. To what end though, that's what I wanted to know. She could never convince me that she was hanging around because she wanted too, no maybe she was simply feeling sorry for herself and I was the school's only prick who wasn't demanding that she bend over and let me stick my cock in her.

"I don't know Sarah. I just kind of hang around mostly. I'm not a very active guy, I've got no reason. Maybe if I had a girlfriend that gave me a reason to go outside I would go out more." I looked down at my hands. "Sometimes I'm lonely though. Like I would do anything for a girl to just let me cop a feel or something. Just for a thrill, even if only for a moment."

He laughed, "You've got problems, I've got problems. Wouldn't be awesome if we could just vent our frustrations on each other? You see it on TV all the time. Brad Pitt had a fight club. Ashton Kutcher had a sex friend."

Part of me felt sorry for Kevin, but then again staying inside was his choice. Sure it is easier to get out when you have someone to go out with, but choosing to stay at home regardless was totally on him. I laughed at his last comment about Brad Pitt and Ashton Kutcher, "True and I am sure we all wish for some strange arrangement like that too."

"If you had someone to hang out with, what would you want to do?" I was rather curious cause it would be nice to have someone to hang out with that wasn't expecting what everyone else was. Sure Kevin probably wanted in my pants too but he wasn't pressing that issue which is nice.

"How about we do something this weekend Kevin? We co have some lunch on Saturday or even go to dinner. What would you enjoy?"

I raised my eyebrows, if she was asking what i would do with her if i had a choice then she didn't want to know. I shrugged and nodded, "Yeah I guess if we were to hang, I'd probably say we could get a bite to eat and maybe either go to a movie or go mini golfing."

I looked at her for a moment and sighed, "Can I be honest with you though?" She nodded and I shoo my head, "I'm a moron, and I don't know if I could do something like that with you and not think that it was a date. I mean I know it's dumb, but my mind works in idiotic ways sometimes."

I bit my lower lip and wondered if she was just up and walk away from me now. I made it clear that I wouldn't mind getting into her pants, but I also wanted her to know that I would never expect it.

Listening to him and thinking for a moment, "I guess technically you could look at it as a date Kevin." Smiling at him, "You are a guy and I am a girl and we will be going out, so it has all the requirements for a date don't you think? Besides I haven't done any miniature golfing in like forever!"

I was actually starting to get pretty psyched, getting out with someone new, someone totally not like my friends and just having some fun for once. Looking at Kevin and seeing his doubt I couldn't help but laugh softly, reaching over and smacking his leg lightly, "I wasn't joking Kevin, it is cool if you want to think of it as a date. But you know if it is going to be a date then you have to come get me." Sticking out my tongue at him as a tease.

Her acceptance was crazy. I mean it was right out of left field and something I would never have expected. She would let me think of it as a date, but what about the date stuff? The golf and the food would be fine, but would we do something else. Maybe something that required privacy? I nearly jumped out of my skin when she patted my thigh and the bell rang for class.

I watched her rise and give me one last smile before racing off, mostly to not be seen with me probably.

During my final period my phone vibrated in my pocket and I checked it. There was a text from a number I didn't know with an address on it. It said an address followed by; "Pick me up around noon ok? :) XOXO"

I looked at it for a long time. I barely heard the bell for school to let out I was so amazed. How had this happened to me? I mean a day ago she was crying and I awkwardly tried to comfort her. The next I had a date with Sarah Waters.

That night I pictured Sarah stepping into the shower with me. Her blond hair seemed to float around her, and her firm large breasts stood out for me to easily touch and take. Then I woke up.

Saturday came slowly and I was up very early, eager to get this day going. I picked out something fairly nice to wear, but still comfortable to golf in. Then I spent three hours watching TV as every moment seemed like forever.

Finally I was able to pull up in front of Sarah's place. My dad let me borrow the car for the day and said I should have fun. I think he was excited to know that I was going on a date finally.

I stood on the doorstep and knocked softly on the door.

Saturday came and I was really look forward to going out with Kevin. It had been a long while since someone took me out on a normal date, well at least one that wasn't desperate to get laid that night...though to think on it some Kevin was like any other guy but he didn't put emphasis on it.

Pulling on my low cut top and slipping into my jean skirt I was working on brushing through my hair when I thought about what I would be willing to let Kevin do tonight. I was sure there would be some move he will make, so what would I tolerate and what will I not go for? I took a look at myself in the mirror and just decided to play it by ear. Kevin wasn't like everyone else so he got more leeway than most would.

Stepping back into my room I slipped on my flip flops and headed down the stairs. It wasn't long before I heard the soft knock on the door. Smiling I rushed over to it and opened it to find Kevin standing there. My eyes ran over him and the smile grew, "You look great!" Stepping closer to him I slowly closed the door behind myself, "Ready?"

The door opened and I was a little stunned by seeing her. Sarah never wore anything as casual at school, and her top was much lower cut than anything she could pull off on campus with her chest size. I blinked and couldn't help but notice her heaving mounds barely covered by her top.

I stepped aside and gestured toward the car. "Uh, Yeah." I told her, following her out to the car and making sure to open her door for her just like my mother taught me. She gave me a smile that warmed my stomach before climbing into the car and I shut the door behind her.

We decided to do the mini golfing first, that way we could work up an appetite for lunch later. So I drove up to Golf'nStuff.

She walked by my side as we got our clubs and balls, I was tempted to take her hand and even reached for it, but decided not too. She spent most of her time getting hit on and push toward sexual shit by the guys in school. It was against my morals try anything like that. It had nothing to do with her, it was for me and only for me. I did not ever want to be like those pricks.

The first hole was simple and I sunk my ball with only two strokes. Sarah got a hole in one and smirked. I nodded, "Ok, I see how it is." I teased. "Time to play for real."
