How do you post a pic in the body of your message without it being a link? This is a pic I have saved on my hard drive.

How do you post a pic in the body of your message without it being a link? This is a pic I have saved on my hard drive.

You can't.

Posting a picture from your hard-drive requires you to attach it to the post, and attachments are configured to always show a link instead of the image.

They were configured that way, becuse the number of attachments here at Lit was causing serious slowdowns in the lloading of pages because of the time required to access the database and display the images. Showing the link allows those whowish to to see the image, but doesn't slow down the BB for those who wish to bypass them or have already seen them.
