The only term I am familiar with is 'Cuckold' usually in reference to a man watching his wife / lover have sex with another man. Guess what you have described is a reverse. Generally speaking the cuckold husband is sexually excited by her actions.

For the case of 'made to' hmmmn not really sure , forced voyuerism, humiliation the terms are endless almost depends on the 'motive'. I am sure someone more eloquent that I will post here with an accurate answer to that part.

Interestingly, it appears to be both. The noun is typically used for a man forced to watch his wife doing it with another man, but the verb may be used for anyone who is on the losing side of sexual infidelity.

It does make seem likely. Either an man or woman could be a cuckhold in a sense they are on that loosing side.
Drawing the line is where if he/she is enjoying it, or allowing it could simply make him/her a voyer.
