I am looking for a term (if it exists, which I feel it must...) specifically meaning an older woman who has sex with a younger couple.

If I understand correctly, 'cupcake' and 'unicorn' are almost correct, but both terms imply that the 'third' is a younger woman. (happy to be re-educated if this is not the consensus).

'Cougar' is also not quite what I'm going for, but there is a similar element in that it is an older, more experienced woman who lusts after younger, often naive, men. But I am looking for a term that describes her role in the context of a throuple.

I am envisioning writing a series about a middle-aged slut, who is drawn to newlywed/young m/f couples, and enjoys teaching them new tricks, (and maybe helping the wife get bred along the way...)

If there are a diversity of similar or related terms, I'd be happy to get a discussion of what the (perceived) differentiations are. ie would it be different if she took a dominant role vs a submissive role? Does it matter if it is a closed triangle (ff play as well as both mf couples), or if it is more like the wife is a cuckquean? What have I missed?

Thanks in advance!

Offhand, I don't know of a specific term for that kind of relationship. If there is such a word, it's probably so specialized or narrowly used that it won't be particularly useful as a tag. For searchability purposes, you're probably fine with the constellation of throuple, older woman, unicorn, mature woman, etc.
You can try applying something like 'Mama Bear' for the relationship to see if it sticks, assuming it's a dynamic you intend to use in other stories as well. Mrs. Robinson is kind of in the conceptual ballpark. Silver vixen maybe?

I'd recommend looking through the existing tag list and see if anything feels close. As Bamagan pointed out, if you use a very narrow term it won't really help because it's unlikely someone else would use it.
You get 10 tags no sense not taking advantage, use everything that's even close to the idea you want to convey.

Thank you all for the recommendations. If the term is too niche to go unidentified on this thread after a few hours, then yes I agree it would not be a very useful tag. Nonetheless, I remain interested to know if such a term has been coined. Otherwise, I may just have to make one up (not for tagging though... at least, not until it caught on!)

Thanks again!

Make up a term and include it with your other tags.
Maybe you're the one to coin the term!

Love it! Keep 'em comin'!

I was thinking 'well-seasoned cupcake' or 'domi-matron' maybe 'fuck matron' (like 'fuck maiden')

Yeah, I kinda like the ring of 'fuck matron', which wouldn't necessarily limited to throuples, but I could add tags to indicate that as well...

Fuck Matron conjures up Miss Trunchbowl from the musical Matilda. Baaaad connotation!

Second the suggestions to find an existing tag that's close enough. If it's not in common parlance already, a new tag is pointless.

Older woman finding a younger couple thinking she's hot enough to invite home.

How about 'happy'?

Or 'delighted' ?

Maybe "elated'?

My story The Loveliness that is Laura earlier this year featured the same scenario. I didn’t come up with a new term, but among the tags I used were “MILF”, “mature woman,” “lonely widow,” and “older woman younger couple.” It found its audience.

Looking forward to your story, no matter the tags. And yes, use all ten.
It will be quite a while yet before the story is publishable. Still in the very earliest stages of planning. I'm still figuring out who the characters are and what their kinks are etc. had an idea for my main character and wanted to know if it was already "a thing"

And yes, I always use all ten tags... in theory it should maximize the chances that some horny literotician(?) comes across it (pun intended)

I will try to remember to link it in this thread when it does eventually post.

I don't think "unicorn" necessarily implies a younger woman. I'd probably go with "unicorn" and "cougar"; I'm not aware of a single word that covers the combination, and even if there is one, there's no guarantee that would-be readers will know it.

So who's going to draw the caricature of a cougar with a single horn on its head?
