Odd times.
In their desire to elevate multiculturalism /PCnness and science/statistics to the rank of Gods,
liberals and technocrats have lost touch with common sense.
There was a similar debate a while ago, which spiralled into absurd -- around the question whether early ultrasound might/ or might not cause autism.
Even grandma makes more sense than they do sometimes: "Don't smoke, don't drink and try to avoid anything that's not natural during the first weeks of pregnancy."
