Tell me why you don't like Mondays

Well, Monday is staffing day so all staff are wandering about looking for supervision and paychecks. They pretend to wait anxiously for my words of wisdom and direction. I know, the stack of paychecks are the real bait! lol

Of course, I was 20 minutes late getting into work because the fool who was supposed to pick up pay roll did not do so.

Then, my regional supervisor "popped in" to meet with me in the midst of the chaos and confusion.

Of course, let us not forget my daughter's doctor's appointment or my son's school meeting.

Somehow, I managed to get home by 6:30 p.m. and realized that I hadn't had time to eat today.

And all this after a sexless weekend! Geesh!

So, a pot of coffee, my favorite cozy jammies and my pc as I get ready for Tuesday!

Why don't you like Mondays?

I don't like Mondays because I have an organic chemistry lab from 1pm-5pm. That's on top of the organic chemistry class I have from 9am-10am in the morning. Oh and psychology from 10am-11am.

There are no words to describe how badly that sucks.

Monday is the same as Wednesday or Friday to me. When there are no days off, Monday is just another day.

I don't like monday's because on the weekend, I get spoiled, I don't have to watch the kids exclusivly, I get a night out from them, and I get to sleep in.

I don't like Mondays because my students forget everything over the weekends. Or at least it feels that way.

I'm also usually seriously sleep deprived on Mondays because I've stayed up late on Fri and Sat night and then can't sleep on Sunday night.

But, even worse is a Tuesday that follows a holiday on Monday.
