Help! I'm stuck in a potential DP scene.

Now... how do I get man no.2 into the right position to penetrate? If he kneeled down he'd be too low down, standing up he's too high... How about if man no.1 and girl scooted back onto the bed, would he be able to penetrate her from in front, or would I have to get man no.1 and girl to lie back?

Go to http://www.pornhub.com/ or http://fantasti.cc/ and search for double (I'd suggest DP but they require at least three letters for searches). You will get hundreds of videos of double penetrations in hundreds of positions. I am sure you can find at least one that matches what you want, or need.

Good point. Why not just put Man #1 with back up against the headboard (or wall) and that way Man #2 can kneel on the bed, and the girl can have her feet on the bed(?).
