On the way back from grocery shopping today at 93 Deg. F. and the back of my pickup truck loaded I stopped off at a computer store to see a classmate of mine that wants to hire me off the books to run his shop that also sells high speed internet service.
He offered me $1000.00 per month to put a 60 Ft. wireless tower on my property with unlimited free high speed internet access, of course he pays for the tower, electricity to run the dish tower and all of the band width my local area network uses, my file servers would have free internet access, I could start a side business being a Web site provider, the rates for local consumers would be cheaper then Road Runner cable internet or DSL telephone internet.
The land lease would be for 100 years but he pays for the legal paper work.
