Can’t access chat. Do any tech support people view these messages?

I can't post any more pictures! I'm using android, and my phone and browser are updated... I don't see the "attach file" icon next to "post reply" like everyone else I've talked to.

I could post photos as of last night, but now the only option I see is to post a link. I’ve tried pressing different icons, but it doesn’t seem to work.
