Teasing/Taunting

I have a question for all you. Does it drive you insane when your partner teases or taunts you intentionally? Like when she or he in some cases were to
lick a popcicle in a certain way or shake their booties in your face while sticking out their tongue as if to say "You want this dontcha? Yeah you do. You can't have it". That drives me fucking insane when my partner does that. She knows I can't resist and then not to be able to get it...I call that cruel and unusual punishment.

I love this. I used to get it a lot before marriage but my wife is not I to it so much.
