I like that very much Geoff. How long did it take to do the whole piece?? When next I see Miss Jade I am hoping she will snap a pic of my hammerhead shark and I will get it posted here for you all to see.

The outline was done after the first 3 hour session.

The fill-in took 2 more sessions, grand total for all three sessions was about 8, maybe 8-1/2 hours.

I'm going to get more ink done, I just haven't figured out what yet. And I'm going to put an ownership tattoo on janey one of these days, too. To go with her other 14... *lol*

Okay, here are the two newest my daughter has. The angel wings were just done 2 days before the photo, so the shiny stuff is to keep it soft and covered, ignore that part. The horseshoe is on her right ankle, the wings between her shoulder blades.

I got lucky and have seen the wings before just like a week ago on some lady wondering through where I work. I do like the horseshoes not sure I have seen anything like that.

Those angel wings are cool, I like the way they are "coming out" of her skin. Is the "shiny stuff" plastic wrap, or tattoo balm?

The guy who did it tried to get me to have it done in the middle, but I was too scared to get one over my spine. I'm also planning on getting another one if and when I ever get my black belt in taekwondo; something in Korean on my left hip (to balance out the other). Not sure what I want it to say yet, but probably something just random like "Hi".

Very nice tattoo you have there Waterchck and thanks for visiting my humble thread. I have seen some nice tshirts with knotweave on them and some tattoo also but for my first I wanted something uniquely mine, so I got a hammerhead shark on my right shoulder. I wish I could post pics of my tattoo but I do not have a camera or know anyone that does until I see maybe on of the ladies here at an apex meeting, who know who you are. I would also do something in Korean as my step mom is Korean and it is a way to honor her as my best of 5 parents I have and still have.

Thank you Water, I just think that is a good line but I think I need to add the part where Slater says he likes how a dirty though can infect a nice clean mind like a virus. I am sure if you post your pics here or on the picture part of lit then they will come and comment on them. Or you coud do what some of the ladies do use naked pictures of you, like KC and others, for your AV if your not timid about your body.

Doing the full body or even a body suit would be a risk, lets face it tattoo have a certain persona that they conjour up. That is why my tattoo is on my back not because it mighta been the best place for it but its private and only those I allow to see it can.

Do you ever forget it's back there? I do constantly for mine. I sometimes see myself in the mirror and I go "whoa! what's that!" for a split second.

Nope I do not even look at it most of the time just a part of me now. I am more apt to worry about stuff that might have or not been there, like the small hard spots where most people get their ears pierced.

Small hard lumps of growth beneath the skin, the flap on your earlobe I have had some at times, then on my side around bottom of my ribcage also. They may come and go but when I find them I just make sure they do not get worse and let it be at that.

L J I have reread this with the help of more coffee. I think you are saying that you have found those "spots" on your body in the place some people have pierced, such as an earlobe. You are not connecting the "small hard spot" to the act of being pierced. Am I correct?

I hate to agree with Jade but I think she said what I was shooting for. I found these growths around my ribs and on my earlobe, beyond that its not like I run my hands completly over my body to see if any more have appeared. Its not Leeroy speak either Jade, its not my fault others can't follow my train of thought well.
