tantric sex is marathon sex without orgasm ( esp by the male), sometimes not just delaying but not having at all
supposedly the hormonal arousal and psychological excitement is superior- its a mystical Asian concept, I think. In the movie American Pie, one of the characters is introduced to it by an older woman. In AP 2, a junk movie, he is obsessed by it.

I think Sirhug's statement that "not all of the general public" knew what Tantric sex was before watching the popular movie American Pie is a fair one, though. I agree with him. It was one of those "stupid humor" teen movies, but there was a very strong sexual tone to it.
