I've always enjoyed it when my partner talks to me during sex..it's always been a turn on for me. I would like to reciprocate, but as strange as this sounds...I don't know how. The words, while stimulating to me, seem foreign in my mouth. Any advice?

I recall several very good threads on this in the past year, so a search might yield some additional tips and advice. :) A few from a search of HT on "dirty":

There's likely also something in The Blank Manual sticky.

My thought is that you just have to kind of force yourself to do it and practice, because that makes it easier and natural. You can also start small, maybe using not-so-dirty words, and/or responding to what your partner has said using the same or similar language.

what ever you do

be honest and make sure you have a positive nature to your statement. But just verbalise what you want. "Touch me here" or "I love it when you do this......" or even the simple "YES" OR "OOOOO " or "MMMMM" or "faster " or Harder That feels good. or "Fuck me FUCK ME NOW" I am sure you will come up with some thing.....

Good luck and have fun

RN: i think that the most important thing is finding a tone that works best for you. for example: you might prefer something a little less blunt than "yes, fuck me now!" finding that tone is to me the real key, b/c that's what will probably feel most natural and hence would be easiest.

There is no need to start off "dirty."

If you're having trouble just figuring out how to say anything, start with something like "I like it when/how you touch me there." No "bad" words, but something that sortof gets the conversation going.

And its okay to feel a little silly sometimes, too, especially when you're first getting started.

Good advice from the others, and I'm one of those who prefers what I'd call erotic words and phrases rather than very explicit, raw, crude, language.

I'm also quite fond of non-verbal comunication like sharp intakes of breath, gasping, moaning, and the like. :) Very erotic and very arousing.

Thanks y'all. We actually played a form of 20 questions one day when we first met. It got us pretty excited. I like the idea too of reading stories to him. I think I'll try that. Thanks again for all the input.
