I understand that GOVTs have resources and can do things households cannot. I get that. We all do. Heard it a million times.

Household budgets don't scale well so they cannot be used to scale to the size of a federal budget (or large city).

But there is a common principle for both and it is analogous to the obesity epidemic. Just like a continual effort to consume more calories than one burns leads to obesity and eventual death, a GOVT that continually borrows 40% of what it has to spend will eventually fall.

So we have a spending problem. A critical thinker will identify the problem and the cause, and then formulate a solution. The liberal will want to act like there is no problem, then tax and spend more.

you had two questions.. you then had answers... and if you had answered one way " you were reasonable" if you answered the other way , you were not.. therefore YOU made the comparison.. since your reasonable answer was the same for both... that makes it a DIRECT comparison... how did you graduate highschool without learning this in English class?
