well the time frame may be screwed.. because it was after my "Rare Earth Days" actually "My Foxfire" days - from 'fall of 73 thru spring of '78... those days a little "foggy" wink wink... although on my way to visit a friend in a commune in Monte Rio, Calif. up the Russian River Valley the summer of '77, we hung out there for a week in a tent on the way... spent the best part of a couple mothes bummin around that year, livin out of our little Accord...

BTW. Just heard from Beamer... she's OK won't have electric until maybe Monday... but has a Gas Range.. and water heater.. so warm, 58 degrees, but well have to get off in the tub... wink wink.. flooding now may now be a problem... snow melting fast with rain and more rain snow coming in but she's on fairly high ground... stay tuned for further updates... ​

I had to go look it up - it was Willow Creek Pass. And it was a long assed drive from Buena Vista. Add to that, another 8 miles in a chained 4wd to get back to where we were logging - that could take as long as the drive in from Buena Vista itself.

Hard to say. There's Chalk Cliffs, Jump Steady, and a number of others. Those hot springs pop up all along the base of the Collegient Peaks there.

Sybs was a load, that is for sure. Many folks thought her shy and bashful, mostly because she didn't talk much. She would just watch and listen. And before long, you would realize you were in the presence of one of the most interesting women you had ever met and you really, really wanted her to like you. And she literally oozed sexuality.
