Well, good morning... evening.

I woke up this morning at 6 am. . .umm. . . yuck. I worked out on the weight machine, legs and arms. . . umm . . .yuck. lol When you can hear your knees grinding, that's not good, huh? I did a lot of damage to those poor things, I figure someday I'll be having surgery on them, but not till I'm MUCH older, like... umm BFL.

Not since the 18th of this month to take out that nasty gallbladder. All better now... looking toward a new year, get one appt. out of the way in January and *crossing fingers* I should be good to go. 2007 sucked for hospital visits. I'm hoping 2008 is hospital free. . .I think it's about freakin' time! lol
