It's been a decent day. . .got the other kids out the door, took a long nap and bought a few groceries. Tomorrow I drive down to Indy for my yearly update with my Gastric Bypass Surgeon. I'm not looking forward to that trip or that visit.

It's been a while since I stopped in, but wanted to say hi! I see you are continuing to make that progress... We can sort of hit a little plateau and things slow down, but slow and steady does it! (Sort of like good sex!)

BTW, unfortunately, for women, the breast size is one area that does get smaller early on, but remember it is the circumfernce around the chest, not just the size of the breasts... so you could have been a 44D but maybe are a 40C... (just using it as an example) and still a good size! Keep doing the exercises to stay firm!!!

I have slowed, but that is okay, it will help the skin snap back in some places, not all.

I know my breasts are smaller and will continue to be. I am curious about their size after I have reconstructive surgery on them to put them back where they belong. I've not been a C cup since sixth grade. I hated them then, but I'd welcome them now. lol

I guess i didn't notice this thread before. My sister had a bypass at age 20. She had blossomed to 220 lbs on a 5' frame, didn't have a lot of self-control, and was desperate to put an end to it. She came through it fine and lost over a hundred pounds. I'm sure you'll get through it as well, especially with all the support you have around here.

Oh yes! It is great fun sometimes....like a fish floppin around in a boat while one frantically tries to chase it to get it back to the water...ahem.... My therapist says it is just me trying to escape me....slippery...lol interesting I just used the fish analogy....I just remembered I am a pisces. God...you think that is a metaphor for myself...me chasing me to put me back in the water? *grin* no wonder I feel anxious. I hope the water is warm, I hate cold water.

Cold water isn't really all that fun. Folks talk about taking a cold shower to "cool" off, I wonder if they really do though? Lol
