Oh, well... This is a thread about supporting... a Gastric Bypass Patient, so there will be lots of times I talk about dieting, weight loss, vitamins and health. I'm not sure if you've checked out the first post that discusses all this or not, but you're welcome too.

Then you should probably take a gander at the reason behind the whole "Supporting Red" title. The first post touches about the reason I started the thread and throughout the thread covers my struggles and successes as well as the successes of others either here struggling with their weight, or they've known folks who have had the surgery.

Thanks. I think I will, it's just a matter of rebuilding the Vit. B in my system that I've neglected for almost a year. I knew better. *sigh* I just hate taking pills. I take 11-13 a day depending on the day and now because of my laziness I am up to 14-17 a day. It's my fault though... I knew what I was supposed to do, it was up to me to do it. *growls at self*

I know how you feel. I was supposed to take multi-vitamin pills to slow down hairloss. It is not working as far as I know. I forget to take the pill from time to time.

Well, I went to the store and bought the Vitamin B Complex and added it to my pill box. I have to cut that one in half too, because of its size.

It's a huge pill box. It has a spot for every day of the week. It holds them all and could hold more. We soooo don't want that. lol

Not really. I like to chase storms in my car at times. Go out and see the nature's creation. Some folks I know think I have a death wish. I really don't. Honest.

Well, should taste fine, but it had to go in for an extra 20-30 minutes...I kept pulling it out and it still jiggled...and it looks like a mountain
