:( The landlord (idiot) decided to lay asphalt shingles, under the trailer. This isn't a bad thing, it will keep the weeds down... but did he give me or any other renters in the other several trailers notice? No he simply sent his hired workers to the house, where they mutilated the rose bush (that had been started from a 4th generation rose bush and then slaughtered another before I and my spouse found out what they were doing).

If he (the idiot) had just told us residents of his intentions, one day or hell a few hours before the work begun. I could have taught the girls how to prune and then remove the antique rose and the other one without damaging the plant. :(

Now I will be lucky if they survive. :( Lucky for us the hired hands told Hubby that if I kept the flower beds weeded (which thank goodness the kids did it for me a couple weeks ago and it looks good) he wouldn't destroy my flower beds, which have more roses and iris bulbs passed down from my father's vast collection. :rose:
 
Ug, that sucks! I've always had a black thumb myself...yes, I managed to kill a bonsai even when I tried to water it and care for it as instructed :eek:

The last surgery (if all heals well) was Friday. They took 2 feet 4 inches of excess stuff off (about 7.2 lbs). I feel okay, the pain meds help of course. Body appearance wise... I am going to have to work on my self-esteem again. :eek:

The scar runs hip to hip. The scar I can get over. What I don't like is how this really looks like a chunk of skin was taken out. My hips (or love handles) they are still there, but they stop suddenly, they don't flow naturally with my "new tummy". *sigh* I know it is something that may happen as more weight falls off, but right now... it isn't a pretty sight to behold.

I'll get over it, in time. :eek:

That's what I had been thinking... I tried checking in with you Sunday but you was probably out of it :D

Hon... this is all for the best and I know you'll heal well this time... as far as the appearance... remember it's what's on the inside that counts... and the beauty you hold inside by far surpasses any perfect body out there :rose: It will take time to get used to... and you'll feel so much healthier for doing this in the end :kiss:

Week is going well so far... the lil one is tormenting his sperm donor for two weeks... then off to torment his papa and cousin :D Mom doesn't know what to do with the quiet house :eek:

I know I'll get use to it... *sigh* I just wish it were already over. :eek:

If I had an empty house again like I did Sunday.... I'd sleep. :D Now for a week... I'd probably clean and go nuts.

Lol... I haven't done shit yet... my body's sore from sleeping on a hard hotel mattress... I can't even sleep through the night right now :(
