No slapping at this point.....I'll save that for spankings and such. :p lol

I'll go rest in a bit. Not sure how much longer I'll hold out.

Just an update on the whole cyst thing. . .

They found two small cysts on the Left Ovary. So, the doctor wants me to take 2 mths of Birth Control to help decrease the reoccurrences of cysts. Then I'm to come back and have another ultrasound to determine if these two are dissolving or growing.

So, not only have I had a tubal ligation to prevent having babies, now I get to take the Pill too. *snickers* :D

Thanks! And Congratulations. I am sure you are looking very delectable. :D

Thank you... :rose:

I'm still working on more improvements. ;)

I'm glad to hear the the meds and a wait and see approach is the best course for now and I'll continue the good thought.

I just recently married a wonderful kind hearted man whom I love dearly. I would not change a thing about him, but his size. As a retired RN, I know that there is no magic potion, no pill, diets or anything that will work wonders. I also know that when there is a will and new medical treatment available, a person can loose the weight.

Hubby had gone through a lot of stuff in his life including the loss of two wives, whom died of medial problems. He no longer cared what he looked like or what he ate. He was now diagnoses with (HTN) high blood pressure, diabetes, and told to loose the weight or it would kill him.

So I helped him make up a diet (not calling it that at all) of foods he loved to eat. And he ate five meals a day instead of three. They were small meals tailored to help boost him metabolism and keep his blood sugar steady.

I wish they had an award for accomplishment, because he deserves it. Within two years he has lost over 250 lbs and now weight about 290# and for someone who is six two that isn’t bad. He was taken off of some of his BP medication, and his blood sugars have been normal. GOD HE'S STILL SO HOT-N-SEXY! DROOL!

Not everyone can do this Red. A dear friend of mine had the Gastric surgery done like you and took her time, had family help her through the rough spots and now is almost 100 lbs less then she was. When she went home to another state thinking her mom needed help with things, they threw her a surprise party. For just being able to accomplish what she has wanted to do for yrs.

My prayers and thoughts go with you……..as I know you can do it.

PST...I have lost fifty pounds on the same diet and still loosing. TTFN

That's great news Red...

I had mine ultrasound done today to. I asked if it was any larger or smaller... they said it was a little smaller, so now I have to wait and see what the doctor says and proceed from there.

Congratulations to you both!!!! :rose: :D :nana:

It is the best decision I ever made and I don't regret it for a minute. In a couple months I'll tack on another 20 years to my life, by reaching 100 lbs lost. :D
