Hub and I took my brother-in-law and my niece out to lunch today. I took off my long, black, wool coat and was putting it over the chair and he says. . ."I can tell you have lost a lot of weight."
I grinned and sat down. I was wearing a black skirt and a gold blouse, nylons and spiked heels. I felt lovely and thanked him with a big smile on my face.
He asked if I was feeling better about things . . .weight related and I of course had to launch into all the cool things I could do.
