Scales are your worst enemy.
I am surviving though. I also am supposed to weigh in every week via the surgeon's orders, so right now I'm doing well and doing what I'm supposed to. I do love shopping for clothes of course. I have some clothing here that I haven't worn in ages, and/or never worn, and I use them also to guage my weightloss. :)

Nice to see you today Mac. :)

Keep following those MD orders, young lady! You are doing terrific! I know you fear the day when the loss slacks off, but you know you're doing this the most healthy way for you. :)

Glad you get to get started again. :)

I'm doing well. I weigh in again tomorrow. I still get apprehensive about weighing in. I know eventually the 5lbs. a week will end and someday I won't have lost any. . . I dread that day, unless it is goal day. :)

I'm sore in all the right places today. Especially the abs and back muscles.

The heating pad sure feels good...

I sure understand that... If I loose a pound or two every few weeks I'll be very pleased as my goal is more a redistribution, or I should say loosing fat and adding more muscle. I do need to be more diligent about my calorie count to hit my goals more consistently.

I did ask about when we check measurments and weight and it is once per month.

Yes, I am. For me this was the best decision for me and my family. I'll be around a lot longer to torment them. :D

I actually tried on a pair of jeans a week ago or two and I fit them, but the words "painted on jeans" was exactly what these were. They fit like a second skin. . .a tight one that made you think. . .OMG I can't breath. ;) But hey. . .they did fit on me. lol. So in a few more weeks, we'll see. :D

I predict sooner than "a few weeks." Gotta love a woman who wants longevity for torment.

I get to go to areobics and weight training on the 24th of December. . . But realistically, with Christmas the next day. lol. . .and being hosted at my house, I see it happening after the fact. lol.

I look forward to it though. I always enjoyed weight training when I was a member of the Y and as I mentioned before I love swimming so I may take the water areobics class this year at the Y. :D Ummm next year I mean in 2007.

Men *snort*

If they had to carry these things around... I'm a 38D, and they were killing me at the gym this morning. I need better support. I have some clothes that I haven't taken to Goodwill yet in hopes that one day I'll fit into them again. We'll see.

I'm a 50D, but when I was pregnant and nursing I reached the doubles!

I'd be happy to be a low D or a C, but I don't see that happening, so I'll have to survive. :D

A great Christmas present and New Years resolution all at the same time, but you are correct. I wouldn't start the day before Christmas either!

The water would be a great start and easy on the joints too. ;)
