I did some shopping today...though not all that early. I'm kind of tired today for some reason. Just no energy. You sound busy though. :)

I've just been enjoying my writing this morning. I have to had to the bank later because the rent money and car payment money is in there, but I don't plan on doing any shopping.

lol. . .The only thing on special was only 10.00 cheaper and I decided the hassle wasn't worth a 10.00 savings.

I can understand under circumstances like those....but dad wants to do this every year because you get "better deals"......I can't make him understand the fact that we run out 100 bucks in gas going from store to store because we can't find what he wants by that time in the shopping season. lol

I'll pay more and save myself the headache. lol

Gift cards are a favored thing in my In-laws side of the family. My hub hates buying gift cards, but that is what his family prefers.

I understand....I used to hate to buy gift cards, but I love to receive them because of all the after Christmas sales. It took me a while to figure out if I like to receive them then the people in the family that say that's want they want probably are telling the truth. lol I'm slow that way. :p

lol. . .yeah I know his family wants them, but he doesn't like getting them. lol I love buying them and receiving... Simple gifts and you are usually in and out of the store in no time, less wrapping paper and sometimes you don't even have to buy a card!

Yeah....my sister-in-law is wanting gift cards this year and that's what I'm getting her. She's having the baby this week sometime and wants to be able to buy clothes after she loses the baby weight. It works out really well. :D
