It was only broke because I was standing in the corner, where you didn't see me and it caught my reflection!

I woke up extremely dizzy this morning, yeah I know you'd think that would be normal for me. So I'm kinda relaxing till my equilibrium returns to me.

Well, nothing but good news today.

I'm not sure how to post this so it makes sense so I guess I'll show my first measurments and weight and then the changes from last month.

November 06
Weight 189
% Body Fat 22.9
Fat Mass 43.281
Lean Body Mass 145.719

March 07
Weight 186.4 -2.6
% Body Fat 22.4 -0.5
Fat Mass 41.7536 -1.5274
Lean Body Mass 144.6464 -1.1446

April 07
Weight 185.2 -1.2
% Body Fat 20.7 -1.7
Fat Mass 38.3364 -3.4172
Lean Body Mass 146.8636 +2.2172

The gyms program only checks 4 measurments with calipers and my trainer takes additional measurments to include the lower body.

The gym shows me at 20.7 %BF but including the lower body changes that to 8.7 %BF!

He said that averages out to between 13 and 14 %BF which is very good for my age but I'm not satisfied with that and will decrease my % Body Fat further yet.

The largest measurment change has been my waist which started at 39.25" and is down to 35.75"
