OMG. .. they have one called Chocolate Caramel Pecan! LOL!! Is that legal? ? ?

LMAO.... :D

That is a new flavor that I haven't tried, but I'm sure that it is "legal" in that you will have the same ingredients. ;)

I really hope you enjoy the Muscle Milk...

Well, I'll sware by the chocolate and the cookies and cream..

The vanilla tastes good but is grainy... I mixed it with fruit like strawberry and it was O.K.... Not great but drinkable. ;)

I don't trust any kind of health food beverage with vanilla as the main thing, I've never tasted one that is good.

Thanks.

I ordered chocolate and chocolate carmel pecan the other day! ;)

I started walking the mall with my mom today. :D I can't do any other excercises until 8 weeks after surgery and until the surgeon clears it. . .so it is just walking for me

Good for you...

I can't wait to hear what your experience with the chocolate carmel pecan Muscle Milk... I may have to place an order before long and it does sound yummy. :D

Walking is a great beginning... Starting slow and easy is perfect and can raise the heartbeat plus work the lungs and burn calories...

When I was loosing weight I warmed up on the tredmill for 10 to 15 minutes before my workout and an hour after my workout.

Then go to the gym on my off days before eating breakfast for another hour...

After 6 months away from working out my new trainer is having me workout 1 day per week...

Gotta start slow... ;)

I'm lucky I guess...

I had my fill of sweets when I was younger.

My weakness is the adult beverages...

A suggestion... Next time just offer a cash donation. I do that with the Boy Scouts when they come knocking and they are always pleased as punch cause they still have more to sell to someone else! ;)

I do that with Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts, but the school has those catalog things and my kids really like that candy, plus if you sell so many items they get a prize. lol.

I love sweets, adult beverages, meat, veggies, . . .I like food, period!

I suppose that is one positive aspect of choosing not to have kids... ;)

My tastes have changed a lot these last few years and I have lost my desire for many bad things.

Drinking daily has become a bad habit that needs more moderation. The down side of not having children and needing to be a positive role model I guess.

My trainer is allowing me 2321 calories per day which is much more realistic than my past trainer... So far for all my meals I'm at 1724... :D

I feel like I am living large and not a bit hungry... :nana:

Sore as all get out, but it hurts SO good... lol

I don't count calories. lol. . I count ounces right now. I'm allowed 6 a day, 2 at each meal. Liquids like popsicles and juices, milk, decaf. tea. . .don't count.

I'm rarely hungry. Only twice have I ever actually felt hungry and that was when I hadn't gotten a chance to eat since breakfast and it was getting later in the evening time when I finally did get too, otherwise I eat because it is time to eat.

I've never been a heavy drinker. I love mixed drinks where you can't taste the alcohol, otherwise I can't stand drinking. I have to have the drinks where all that whiskey, vodka, rum and burbon is hidden behind fruit juice. But now with the surgery, drinking is not an option available to me.

I have always been a party animal.

I like my whiskey cold and straight, one shot at a time along with a cold Mike's...

I never had any weight issues until after my first neck surgery. I was too active and had a very physical job, but after the surgery I was allowd too many "comfort foods" and went from 165 to 200 pounds in about 8 months...

I worked hard to loose that but I couldn't return to my fully active life and a few years later had a second neck surgery...

Then it was the roller coaster...

I started working out about four years ago after a back injury and physical therapy and was doing very well until we moved... Six moths of organizing, fast foods and zero discipline...

The older I get the easier it is to gain if I don't stay active and many of my activities I can't engage in anymore, so the gym is my solution. Having a trainer and a standing appointment gives me the discipline I lack.
