(((((((((HUGS))))))))) I've missed ya! Plateaus hit me too. I had a 3 week one and then finally lost some during my vacation, so hopefully it jumpstarted me again. lol

Just doin what I must but my trainer is off the rest of the week so I'll get a break that should help to rest. I do have some house work but can take my time with that...

I guess that means someone has been working out at the Y I look forward to hearing all about it tomorrow hun.

My daughter went with me. lol... We chose to walk the new outer loop of the Y, which is 1.8 miles. OMG... it was so hot during our walk! It was a good walk, I wasn't too out of breath by the end and we made it more like a friendly stroll instead of a power walk, which is what I do on the track inside. We both decided though, once was enough during the Summer and we're sticking to the inside track and the treadmills during these 90 + temperatures!

I got already to go job hunting yesterday, printed out resumes and all. My daughter asks if she can sit in the car and read books while I fill out applications and such. I said... well, okay. So we get to the first place and guess what - I left all my resumes at home! *grrrrr* So I have to try again today to get the umph to do it again! lol

We had time to kill before my doctor's appt. so she and I went to the pet store. This of course led her to begging for a bird.

She's decided to give up her new school clothes in order to have the bird. Not a big deal as far as clothing goes, the kid has enough to fill two dressers already! lol...

The bird is 350.00!
