I may lay down again, we'll see. The headache I think was do to lack of caffeine today, so I took two ibuprofens and drank a small and I do mean small cup of tea. It's sorta working on the headache and the caffeine in the tea doesn't seem to be keeping me overly awake. I think if I lay down now, I may fall asleep. So I just may... we'll see. lol

In an hour or so you may want to take another ibuprofen or two, I know that my doctor used to tell me to take 4 for my headaches and it was perfectly safe...

I will probably. The liquid gels work better for me than the other type. I digest them easier so the meds get in faster. I don't get the caffeine headaches often because I got myself off the stuff prior to my surgery, but sadly once I was allowed to have it again, I drank some... needless to say, it seems that it's back to affecting me slightly. Not as bad as it used to if I went without. This is a dull ache.

I used to take the liquigels, advil specifically, but unfortunately tylenol doesn't make them, it would really rock if they did. But it actually helped me with my headache tonight, which surprised me.

I would still be taking the advil but I can't until after done being pregnant at the very least, luckily the tylenol is actually working and I put it in my purse so i have it at work, lol.
