For any unaware internationals, the Super Bowl is the championship game of the National Football League (kinda like our "World Cup" but it only happens within the U.S.). It features not only a football game between the two "best" teams, but is a chance for companies to present their newest and coolest commercials, and for some rock star or other to put on a big show at half-time (the most infamous being the one where Janet Jackson "accidentally" flashed a nipple).
This from Wiki: "The day on which the Super Bowl is played is now considered a de facto American national holiday, called "Super Bowl Sunday". It is the second-largest day for U.S. food consumption, after Thanksgiving Day."
Note that one of foods that has become traditional to serve on this day are chicken wings.
I'll be watching for the commercials
but I figured this was a good excuse to start a recipe exchange thread. So, Super Bowl viewers....What will you be serving this Sunday? And, more important, how will you be preparing your chicken wings?
