I was here for a while, but now it's time to log off, take a shower and get started on whatever real life I choose to engage in today.
My coffee would hurt you.
This is a local coffee roaster I cheerlead for, and each of you should go to this web site and buy 50 lbs of their coffee.
Best. Coffee. Ever!!!

I keep it in the freezer, but I don't know if that does anything.
Fresh whole beans, ground and french pressed for Sunday mornings...
I don't recommend storing coffee in the fridge or freezer. I've heard it acts like that open box of baking soda, especially ground. Just in the cupboard in an airtight container...
Then how would you store 50 lbs and keep it fresh?

Happy Sunday, one and all. My coffee's long finished, alas... Briefly debated a second pot and thought the better of it. Here be glorious sunshine (along with catching up on podcasts a bit), which is helping the housework pass.
I don't think I've ever had perc'ed coffee. Well, other than those big pots you see at social functions.
You're not supposed to freeze excess coffee? I didn't know that - I was always told it was fine, as long as it was whole beans and in an airtight container. Oops.
Oh, if it isn't strong enough to stand your spoon up in, it isn't coffee, imho.
Then how would you store 50 lbs and keep it fresh?
More than a little, I suspect. Heh.He definitely has a little of the devil on him.
Count on it
