themes: warm weather, summer activities, bikinis, etc.

I find that this contest, which I don't thik I have ever entered, overlaps closely with the Nude Day themes, so feel free to nodify those ideas. I will post here as thinngs occur to me, but not daily. Others are encouraged to contribute.

This one feels tough sometimes, coming off the Nude Day. Both are heavily favored toward Exhib/Voy and I'll be working on a more relationship-driven piece or two while I'm at it instead of just, "Wow, it's hot and I'd better go to the pool topless!"

"Summer Lovin'" to me suggests former high-school sweethearts, back to their hometown for the summer after their first year away at different colleges. Getting back together to compare notes on what they learned about sex during their freshman year. Maybe a few sequels in subsequent summers as they come back with more and more new skills.

I sort of was thinking a flipped around version - the college students, home after freshman year, who worked as lifeguards together, and of course hooked up, now confronted by back to school.

That works better here indeed, as the spirit of "nude day" would demand, or at least suggest, that everyone get nude together eventually. While this could be pure sneaking around with a risk of being discovered by superiors, peers and charges (each with different, even if at times overlapping and potentially cascading consequences).

Skinny dipping is technically "safe" even as close as little over hundred yards from the public in the same lake or river, given a separate entry/exit, covered, at least relatively (by bushes, likely, or even just, just tall enough reeds) and some care to keep what's to be kept under water line while in the open. Or, of course, taking swimsuit off underwater and putting on again to get out is a thing too. And then that leads to the discarded swimsuit on a low branch over the water... potentially acting as a signaling flag... unintentionally, or -- not.

some folks hire gardeners... even though DH Lawrence kind of did that story for all time.

I suggest the gender switch- the guy who hires a female to make his flowers bloom....

I've probably mentioned this before, being a huge fan of Cole Porter. His song "Too Darn Hot" is about when the weather is so hot, that you want to have sex, but you just can't stand the thought of it. What with all the sweating and touching and oppressive conditions. Maybe there is a story in that?

Grease, the XXX version.

The theme song in the movie was "Summer Lovin'" so it seems like a natural.
Maybe a summer theater group mounting a production, with all sorts of hilarity ensuing?

Beware the Bears...in this case, the overweight hairy gay male human type, who have been lost in the woods long enough to want fresh meat - and I don't mean venison!

He and She have a summer fling, only to find they are in the same college class together. Unlike in the plot of Grease though, they already have spouses or lovers...

Why, it also could go the other way around. The newcomers could be the ones taking everyone else by surprise.

I once overheard a conversation... on a nude beach, actually, although only the guy telling was nude, the woman he was trying to talk out of her clothes wasn't, yet.

To keep it short, the guy told they with some company (three guys and two girls, all know to her and all around thirty-fourty, I imagine) were frolicking all naked at some lake swimming hole (also well known to his new partner, apparently) where locals usually didn't do so, supposedly -- deeming it too public or simply not used to. Then a locally well known church woman arrived for a swim together with her (grand-?) niece (18+ teen, obviously).

"...'What's the meaning of this?!' Vallie took a combative pose, looking at us, 'Is this now some kind of nude beach?!' so I said 'Yes,' looking at her lazily," the guy told.

"You're such an asshole," his new gf interjected, chuckling, "and she?"

"She? Well, before she could anything, the girl said 'Cool!' lifted her knit dress overhead -- nothing under it -- and went to the water, without really stopping."

"Wow, I can't imagine little Marcie... and in front of Vallie?"

"Yet that's what she did. And I wouldn't call her little," the guy painted substantial boobs in the air on himself. "Then Vallie started... I have heard my share of obscenities, but wow, you wouldn't think!"

"Actually I would, she's got quite a sharp tongue," she chuckled.

"How we're homie pedarast devil spawns corrupting youth, the whole thing. But as she ranted, she stripped, and as she stripped she switched to how I will have to look at her ugly old tits and have nightmares. Not sure why, completely nice tits, especially for her age."

Sure, you all will say the guy was bullshitting to get the girl to strip -- what she eventually did, they went to the sea both nude a while later -- but I have no reason to not believe it didn't actually happen as described, around here it easily could, on a hot enough day, just like that.
