Slice the chicken, roll it in a mix of flour, salt, pepper, and whatever seasonings you like. Fry in a pan, serve over pasta or rice. Quick, simple, tasty.

Cool thing to do with chicken that I do all the time is to inject it with whatever sauce you like, wrap it in foil and bake it or leave the foil off and grill it. It really makes the chicken tasty and moist.

LOL If someone took away my bisquick, I wouldn't be able to cook 90% of the time!

I'm makin potato soup for dinner tonight, so I'm not gonna be much help.

I'd stir fry the chicken with a little broccoli and some carrots and serve it over brown rice.

Hmm...Why not do what I do? Just look in the fridge for anything that's not too green and microwave it. That's what my wife feeds me. Nothin' like home cooking!
