Just a fetish stroke that could be incorporated in almost just about any storyline.
So, leading female character's clothes are never described. It is not revealed outright that she's nude, but some hints about that are dropped, for attentive reader to collect and arrive at the suspicion or even conclusion that she's indeed nude from the start long before it is eventually revealed (if it is, ever).
Would work best in Only One Naked scenario, where most others in a social setting are more or less alright with it, perhaps even used to. However there could also be an odd rude comment too, but again not explicitly stating she's nude even referencing properties of body parts that usually stay covered in clothed setting would be great toying the line, if done right.
All in all, it's kind of "read it twice" game with the reader where in the re-read it must be fairly obvious, but initially it is not expected and thus not believed until irrefutable evidence is gathered, obfuscated by the shown normalcy of it.
The front story doesn't even need to be sexual in any kind, perhaps even better if it isn't, or the overt sex is growing from a different source, although perhaps enhanced by the nudity of her.
A little bit ironic reveal moment could be when she finally do put some clothes on.
Variation/subversion might be, that eventually its clear that everyone is nude, not only the focus female character, but while great anyway, it takes a bit away from the fetish angle.
On the other hand, just as nonchalant and unemphasized nudity of one or more background characters is very welcome.
