I'm writing a story based on some fantasies, but since I have absolutely no experience in this field, I wanted to ask for some oppinions from you people here, so I don't end up with something completely unrealistic. It also might come handy if I get the opportunity in the future. 
I find the idea of submission and dominance highly intriguing and quite erotic, but really have no interest in physical or verbal violence (or whatever you call it, as it's of course not meant to hurt). Even degrading language and humiliation is a huge turn off for me. Instead what I am much more interested in is the subject of the submissive being forced to the absolute limit of the ability to restrain oneself. After all, the big deal about submission is to give up control to someone you trust won't absuse the power and responsibility.
Instead of roleplay about taking away the submissives control (I'm sorry if that's not the common terminology, but I think you get the idea), I am thinking more about giving it away freely and openly right from the start. So the basic scenario is that the dominant partner is in complete charge of everything. The sumbissive partner will only do what is told and nothing else. The dominant is doing all the work to bring pleasure, but can only do that if the submissive follows every command without question. The dominant does not want to cause any harm, so the submissive is ordered to say when something hurts or gets too much. Admiting failure to follow an order is not bad, but causing the dominant to accidentatly cause harm is absolutely not admited.
The plan is to put the submissive through several tasks that are very simple in theory, but some of them are impossible or very hard to keep up forever. Keeping the eyes closed, not saying anything except to report pain, kneeling on the floor, stripping while being watched, holding a pen between the teeth, and so on, while the dominant is doing all kinds of distracting things like caressing the skin, walking out of the room for 10 minutes, using sex toys, or whatever. Over time, the submissive will slip, and probably a lot. Then it's tried again, and again and again. Sometimes the dominant one will say it's enough and they'll try again next time, other times he will offer help like blindfolds if the submissive keeps peeking, or tie the hands to the headboard when the hands become too tired to keep it gripping.
The main idea is that the submissive partner will be forced to admit weakness in front of the dominant one. And to make it worse (or better), the reaction will not be anger about the failure to comply with the commands, but disappointment that the dominant partner overestimated the submissive partners ability of restraint. The submissve one craves for approval and praise and will get it sometimes when a task is performed to the dominants satisfaction, but also dreads to not be able to live up to the (impossible) expectations.
I've seen this type of dominance and sumbissive very rarely in stories, but if I think it sounds erotic, then there are also a lot of other people who do so as well.
