Submission format of site translation?

Dear site maintainers,

I like the new website layout and I would like to help by improving the German translation. Some of the current ones are misleading or factual wrong.
Do you have a central file in which the translations are mapped? If so, could you send it to me under an NDA? Doing it this way, would have the advantage that I could not miss a term. If not, in which format would you like to get the translated terms?
