None of the buttons seemed to actually change the time and of course the instructions were thrown away the day I got the watch. I finally went into town and bought a new watch. I'm sure there was an easier way of doing things but I was at that point of frustration where reason and common sense just didn't exist.

The only thing I own that auto-changes is my phone.
Everything else I have to manually click buttons to deactivate daylight saving time.
And all my clocks in the house are old style, so I have to move the hands.
