My favorite games are from Bioware, a Canadian company, which makes it fun because not the main characters but a lot of the support characters in their games are voiced by Canadian actors, and in Mass Effect the Earth's main metropolitan center is Vancouver.
So there are a lot of aliens that say "aboot" because they just...can't...help it.
One of the companions is definitely Canadian and he wants to make dinner with beef, beer and bacon - "The foods of my people."

Heh.
God, we really do that "aboot" thing? Fuck.
Yes, it is all over the games...Canadians say that and some otherwise AMAZING British actors always say 'en-ah-thing' instead of 'en-ee-thing'
I wonder where Americans always fuck up.
I do have it on Aussie authority that even Meryl Streep sucks at their accent.
Most Americans can't manage a Massachusetts accent at all.

I will search feverishly, I promise you. There must be something.
(I would run with "nucular" but unfortunately there are plenty of Canadians who do that one, too.)
The Aussie and Kiwi accents are probably the hardest to do behind South African accents, I think. (I had to give props to Leo DiCaprio in Blood Diamond, he really sounded the part in that film.)
The wandering accents in movies set in Boston are often a treat. Jeff Bridges in Blown Away... yikes.![]()
Ann's really going for it this time.

Whats funny is all the federal watch lists you end up on googling whatever berts been googling.
lol
Flawless people like Hugh Laurie are hard to find. In ALL of "House" I only heard one word that was off. He said 'pyan-o' instead of 'pee-an-o'
But then he plays the pyano beautifully so he can say what he wants.
I would like to know the common American fuck up word, I'm not qualified to pick it out.
Best ever was Ben Kingsley in Iron Man when I was so dissappointed that he was doing a stereotypically bad American accent until it was revealed that the character was a crappy British actor. Fucking Genius.

Pardon?
English, motherfucker, do you speak it?
You didn't know that? Everyone knows this.

When you google or search engine certain words or terms you get red flagged by any one of a dozen protocols, systems and agencies hun.
You didn't know this?
It's the same thing on the phone.
It's buzz words.
All these links point right here, Betty.

And I would be so scared if someone being crazy at me was a concern.
