Mmmmm chicken fried steak

Oh, that sounds really good.

Ulaven's making ravioli.

I picked out this huge box of cupcakes in Costco that didn't fit well in the cart and Ulaven was saying "You're going to kill those."

Then he started saying "SHAME! SHAME! SHAME" like the nun in Game of Thrones when Cersei took her walk.

Now he needs a bell.

I didn't kill them, but my son murdered them on the way in from the car. Now it's just frosting on a box and some cake.

Nothing wrong with that. Scoop some frosting off with a bit of cake.

Ravioli is awesome! I want the ravioli attachment for my kitchen aid. Already have the past roller, meat grinder/sausage stuffer, and ice cream maker attachment. Next to my knife block its the best kitchen tool ever

These are some really good cheese ravioli and he sautees them in olive oil with some shallots and garlic until they're golden brown.

That man can sauté.

I make ravioli by hand. I think the only time I actually cried was when I tried to make it with egg yolk.

Nope, nope, nope.

I cheat. I make a semi ravioli in that its a meat/cheese filling I use a rocks glass to cut the dough and a pirogi press to form them.

Once a year I do my big Italian feast. I make a lasagna, gnocchi, and ravioli. I also make the sauce from scratch with all fresh ingredients. No canned stuff and no tomato paste. Takes me about 10 hours. That said most of the time is spent waiting for the sauce to reduce and drinking beer or wine.

Oh, that sounds amazing. I do enjoy making everything from scratch like that, it is a great feeling, especially when you can't get it anywhere else.

TV. It's great. Look it up, try a couple of episodes. Guy released from prison takes the identity of a sheriff in an Amish town. Full of sex and violence. Lead guy is hot as fuck.

Woo hoo! We're watching it next. I LOVE STREAMING

And of course I love hot as fuck.

Made me laugh out loud.

Oh wow...are they in good shape or are you going to restore them?

They're in pretty good shape. I cleaned and polished them a bit. There's tooth marks but I don't have the skill quite yet to make them go away. It involves heat and files. I need to find a really cheap pipe to practice on

So you'd be grinding them down but very carefully, or would the heat and the file just move the surface around a bit?
