Need help from the Literotica literati again. I'm currently going through a really weird period of writer's block. As I'm possibly the most inconsistent producer of writing in the world, the block in itself is not strange, but where it is applying itself to. Let me start again, or else I'll have to call Harold in to translate.
I usually get writers block preventing me from writing the story. The sex writing has never been a problem before, I just had no story to write it with. Now however I'm writing stories fluently and I can't write the sex scenes. It's all going pear-shaped. The characters are there, tumbling in bed, and I can't describe it.
I've come to the conclusion that I've exhausted my repertoire of sex scenes. None of my stories are based on former lovers and I think I'm running out of ideas for the sex. Therefore I'm getting very wary of writing the same sex scene for several different stories. This isn't helped by the fact that I'm writing three lesbian stories as we speak which tend to confuse each other. I've got all three to the point of shagging and I can't go any further.
What do you, as esteemed authors do to keep your sex scenes separate from each other? How do you introduce variety, when there's only a limited number of things you can do?
Desperately seeking subjects...
