Stripper Pole?

Hope you find the stuff you need, the only advise I have is to ensure you find the joists in your ceiling and under your floor to attach the pole to.b Might be a bit akward if you have a carpet on the floor.

Flange!! That's the piece of hardware I couldn't think of the name of. Damn, I'd love to have one of these in my bedroom, but my place is on a local home tour all the time and I really wouldn't want to have to explain this to my neighbors or town council members.........

Maybe you don't need to worry. One page I saw on the web on this topic suggested covering the top flange with a fake smoke detector. On the how to, I found the attached:

You can buy a stripper pole and stage at www.pimpit.com click on furniture and tables. It's the first item that pops up, it costs $349.00

Not yet. I've gotten tight fisted. Fallen in love with a 17 acre tract of land, surrounded by water, in the most beautiful place in the US. I can barely afford it. Going to walk it this weekend, and probably make a bid on it. If so, discretionary income may be a thing of the past. Pictures sure are beautiful. Almost 3/4 mile of water without ever leaving your own lot, and the water is over 5 miles wide. Can't see the far shore! I want it!
