Stripper Pole?

Anyone know of a set of instructions or sources for a stripper pole? Amfrigger says she'd like to have one in the bedroom. Couple of links suggested you can get everything you need at Home Depot. How bout some help from some of you DIY types?

What about brass hand rails?? I'm sure you could probably get them cut to any length you'd like. Just make sure you have firm anchors on the ceiling & floor. Last thing you need is to be doing a high risk maneuver & have the stripper pole dislodge! I'd definitely make sure it was attached as securely as possible.

I would get an aluminum fence pole. There are attachments that you can get to screw them into the floor and ceiling, but I don't know the name of that particular piece of hardware.

Please don't ask me how I know this

LE, brass does sound more comfortable than aluminum, if it's polished it would be a lot smoother, but then there's also upkeep and I'm guessing it would be a lot more expensive. It would have to be sealed and buffed annually (or more, depending on how much use it got ). Polishing with a rotary buffer and then sealing with urethane may work well. Anyone else have any suggestions?

My skitten and I, do a fair amout of bondage play in our room and that had got me thinking......................

That's what I suggested in my earlier post! They even seem to have some pretty cool anchors to secure the post to the wall/ ceiling & floor too. Check out that link... they seem to have it all!
