Hi this is Breadmans wife. I just wanted alittle input from all of you. We recently had our first baby and our little bundle of joy has left my stomach with many strech marks. I am very self consious about them. I was just wondering how everyone else feels and any suggestions on making them any better would help too! Thanks.

hi

I've got stretch marks from two kids so don't feel bad. lol I've never heard of anything that is guaranted to get rid of them but coco butter is said to work, i haven't tried it because it makes me break out. Vitamin E lotion is also supposed to help.

If you find something that works really good please let me know!

Coco butter helps a lot apparently. Eventually, with time, they should fade on their own, but unfortunately they will never go away completely.

Hope this helps.

Stretch marks are permanent. I still have them on my arms and legs from when I went through my growth spurts. They've faded, but they're still visible in good light.

Good golly, I've got stretch marks in places I didnt know could stretch.

The more weight I lose, the more pronounced they are.

I got these because I had my kids. If the person I am with doesnt like it, then tough.

They are a part of me that cannot be removed. Vitamin E does help as will those scar lighteners.

Laser surgery will do it as well.

I've always heard that cocoa butter, vitamin e, and aloe straight from the plant helps.

I've tried Cocoa Butter but it didn't seem to help. I can tell you though-it works wonders for sunburns. Stretch marks are ust marks on the skin. I would say there is nothing to be self concious or ashamed about. I'm sure your husband won't mind them. He loved you enough to have a baby with you right? If he loves you, which I am thinking he does, he should be fine with it.

I have them on my upper arms and on my hips but no one seems to notice or care.

From a man`s perspective...

My wife has them from giving the world our greatest gift; my son. I never notice them and don't really care...she is just a beautiful now as she ever was. During pregnancy and even now she used cocco butter and other stuff. She feels it helps, I encourage whatever makes her feel better about herself.

Enjoy yourself, enjoy your partner, enjoy your child together, but most of all enjoy each other.

Spank.

Well said and your wife is one lucky woman.
