I know that Netzach said it's really hard to make a living at.

And it's not as legal as it looks. Down here, the John laws say that it's illegal to "torture, humilate or flog a person under a fee exchange aggreement." So she has to be careful.

I didn't mean to sound like I'm being all morality police. I'm actually pro legalized prostitution. It's just that jail is icky, and I'd hate to see anyone go there.

I know that you can bend the law in your favor when it comes to prostitution. I could be wrong, but I believe that where Netzach lives it's only prostitution if you have sex with the person. Netzach doesn't have sex with her pay-ees. A lot of them are just phone sex, frankly. She has a web site and a 1-900 phone line.

It depends on the area. Down here, where we have MinuteMen building walls and the Warren Jeff's version of the LDS church, and they punish the female half of the prostitution equation rather than the male half, I wouldn't push my luck.

Netzach is a dirty talker extraordinaire, which is perfectly legal despite the direction of the country. Dirty talk has a higher cost/benefit ratio mentally, physically, and financially than session work, for me at least.

Your mileage will vary.

If I were to do it all over, I think the only way to go is
1. move to NYC or LA
2. Start off in a house, a little research will tell you which are reputable and not glorified cathouses.

The ProDommes I am familiar with in the San Francisco area generally do all the CBT and ass play/fisting and golden shower activities but will very seldom allow any touching by the client nor will they assist with any form of masturbating - but will allow the client to "self care", even had one offer a silver tray to cum on. They were threading the needle with the local prostration laws.
