Stranded

"Get out of here?" Josh asked as Kara's hands carrassed his body. "But there is no need. We're in safe hands" he said looking up at the winged creature. "Submit yourself to her" he said. His mind wasn't his own. He had some how been brainwashed.

Suddenly there was a deafening ringing in his ears. He covered them with both hands but it didn't have any effect. He pulled away from Kara and squirmed in agony. After several dizzying moments squirming on the ground between Kara and the winged creature, the noise began to quieten. No longer was it a piercing scream but a collection of words. They sounded like commands but it was in a language he was unfamiliar with.

He suddenly found himself kneeling before the demoness. He didn't seem to have any control over it. Suddenly he felt a pang of fear as his emotions came flooding back. But without the control over his body, they would have no effect on him. He desperately wanted to grab Kara and flee from here but he couldn't move his body at all!

In his mind he was shouting out to Kara but he was a prisoner inside his own body. He was trapped!

She observed them touching and soothing each other with some curiousity. Turning her head, she tried to reach in and out of their minds to discern what was transpiring. The interest factor won over her hunger.

The soft one was trying to make the larger one leave. A deep frown creased her face. Her wings popped out in a loud crack at offense to the idea. She still needed to tenderize them so a straight kill would be a waste of meat. Maybe, she could keep them as pets since they seemed entertaining enough. She narrowed her eyes and exhaled a soft blue smoke.

Throwing her displeasure, she assault the larger ones mind, "You don't want to leave. You want to serve, Josh. Both of you should serve. Don't let her leave Josh. You'll die without her, Josh. A man requires a woman. Kara is your mate."

A smile bent the anger in her fascade. She turned her narrowed eyes to peer at Kara who watched Josh thrash about the floor.

"The female of the species is always more dangerous," she whispered with an unholy echo. A hallow laughter was wrapped in the tone. "Do you want to play, darling Kara?" She scratched the floor with her right foot scraping her claws against the rock floor. Her body was pulling up into its full height. Long legs extended her almost 7 ft into the air.

"I am so EVER lonely."

Josh heard her words well but was unable to act upon them. Instead he stayed still - physically unable to move. He listened to the beast as 'she' spoke to Kara. Whatever she had done to him didn't seem to be having the same effect over Kara. Perhaps it only worked on males.

All Josh could do was wait for he was unable to do anything else.

Kara growled low in anger. She could see Josh standing beside the creature but his eyes told her he was afraid. She stood straight, her eyes taking in the creature in front of her, traveling her body for a moment before settling in her eyes. She had a torch, but it wouldnt do much against 'her'... She could run, but she wouldnt leave Josh behind. "Lets play then" she said in a low, clear voice.

Back to real time

As you can probably tell...I'm a little bored. I thought we were going to play? We haven't seen much evidence of that have we! Was it the plot do you think? Was it too far-fetched? Or was it any of the characters?
