It depends on how long ago? As a first-time author it will take longer than normal for established authors.
If you keep clicking on the blue 'pending' tag it will go to the back of the queue each time.

There is a spot under the submission area that says view. It lets you see if your story is pending or approved or not. I just had my first one put on and it took well over a week. Good luck!

I contacted the Approval Team on your behalf. Typically they run 7-10 days behind but are currently at 12-15 days for various reasons.

When you go to your page and see the word "pending" have you clicked on it?
If you have you have sent it back to the end of the line.
It used to be around 3 days for a story lately its 5-7 and longer for new authors.
