Story submission & preview won't work with Bing

I just tried to submit a story and found that with Bing, I couldn't see the whole page without shrinking the page down. And when I went to the preview part, I couldn't scroll down the page to the point where the story publication button showed.

I had to go to the Firefox browser to get the rest of the story submission process.

Anybody else have this problem?
