Okay, so I was looking at my submissions page and noticed that a Review I wrote (on another Lit author) was declined today. I clicked on the blue link next to the word "declined".
It looked like they copied a bit of generic text from their guidelines. It said something to the affect of "Was your story under 750 words? Could it be lengthened to benefit the plot?" and so on...
Thing is, it's a review. It has no plot. It's like a book report from back during the school days. lol It was over 750 words. It does not violate any site rules about children or animals since it's a review of a story already accepted here.
I have written two reviews on stories other Lit authors have written. They've been accepted, so I know this kind of review is okay to post.
I was wondering if any of you have any insight as to why the submission was rejected. Maybe something I've overlooked?
